Nervecentre V8.1 Help for Users
Printing forms from Case Notes
You can print single forms, or all forms, as needed. For example, you might need to print forms when a patient is transferred to an external care provider.
Nervecentre doesn't record in an audit log who has printed forms.

The printout contains:
- When the printout was made, and who created the printout
-
The patient's name and demographics
Each form on the printout shows:
-
The form's name and status
-
When the form was created, and who created the form
-
A table showing the fields completed and the value they contain
Incomplete fields are not shown on the printout.
A form might include clinical notes and observations. The printout:
-
Includes observations as a paragraph
-
Does not support clinical notes that contain images, documents, or body maps
If a form contains one of these clinical notes, the printout states ‘n images’, where n is the number of images, documents, or body maps.
